Payments & Delivery

Payments

We offer over different payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

We send packages by Standard shipping or by Express, if you wish. Standard shipping is already included into checkout. If you wish Express shipping and you do not see this option for your country during the checkout, please contact us before you make and order, to add this option into the listing for you. Generally, the difference for Express shipping is not much more than 10 Euro. Express shipping is suggested for breakable items (glass). Express shipping is currently much less expensive compared to tariffs a couple of years ago so we suggest it for Wedding Sand Sets on the first place. European Express tarifs are already included as an option. Exceptions are Sweden and Malta, which have slightly higher tariffs (Contact us).

We usually ship orders within two weeks or less. Depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within one week in Europe and two weeks or more overseas. You can find more info in listings or send us a conversation.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or delays in transit.

We send packages with tracking possibility. To avoid losing the package, please track you package with the tracking number you received and be aware that in a case that no-one is at home to receive the package, you should immediately contact your local post office. Do not expect that postman will leave a notice. With online tracking available, it is expected that you track your package, so some postal service do not leave messages anymore. Generally, postal service returns not claimed packages after a week. In these cases, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Certain percentage of items are lost or damaged during the transport. If you received a damaged item, please take pictures and inform us. Do not throw away packing.
